Our app is about joy, spontaneity, and connection — celebrating the moments you share with your pets and discovering the lives of other pets and their humans.

We value authenticity, kindness, and fun, and we are proud to offer a space where you can share memories and keep tails wagging.

We want our community to be safe, positive, and welcoming for everyone — whether they walk on two legs or four.

Our Community Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, this app might not be the right place for you.

A good rule of paw: If you wouldn't want it done to you or your pet, don't do it here.

But just in case, here's a clear list of what's not allowed:

What's Not Allowed

Bullying, Abuse, and Harassment: You may not post anything that bullies, abuses, or harasses others — whether about them or their pets.
Animal Harm or Cruelty: Any content that promotes, depicts, or encourages animal harm, neglect, or cruelty is strictly forbidden.
Child Sexual Exploitation: Absolutely prohibited, with zero tolerance.
Hateful Content: No content that attacks or promotes hate towards people, pets, or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
Illegal Activity: No content that promotes, depicts, or enables illegal activities.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Only share content you own or have permission to share.
Non-Consensual Nudity: Not allowed in any form.
Non-Public Personal Information: Do not share anyone's private information without consent.
Suicide or Self-Harm: Do not post content that encourages or glorifies suicide or self-harm.
Violent Content: No threats, glorification of violence, or promotion of harm towards people or animals.
Spam or Misleading Content: Do not post repetitive, deceptive, or misleading content.

How to Make a Report

If you see something that violates these Guidelines, you can report it directly through the app or email us at team@happypawsts.com.

If you report outside the app, please include screenshots of the content or account you believe violates these Guidelines. Our support team will review the report and may contact you using the information linked to your account (username, display name, email).

What Happens After You Report

We may remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Guidelines. We reserve the right to monitor content and activity to ensure compliance.
