We built pawst to be a joyful, authentic place for you and your pet to capture real moments. We want to create a community centered around genuine connection through a shared love of spontaneous, happy snapshots of your furry friends.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, form the foundation of how pawst works and what's expected from everyone who uses the app. We've written them clearly, honestly, and without legal fluff — because we want you to actually understand them, not skim and skip.

By using pawst, you're agreeing to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, we understand — but please don't use the app. Otherwise, welcome to the pack!
pawst is for pet lovers everywhere.
pawst is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use pawst. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may need a parent or guardian's permission to use pawst. It's your responsibility to check and comply with your local laws.
Our Services means all aspects of the pawst mobile application, the software and systems powering the application.
If you're creating an account on behalf of someone else (a person, a shelter, an organization), make sure you have their permission or legal authority to do so.
All references to "you" and "your" in these Terms will mean both you, the end user, and/or for accounts created on behalf of another person, company, organization, government or other legal entity, the person who has legal authority to create and/or operate the account.
When you use pawst, you share certain information with us. We explain what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it in our Privacy Policy.
By using pawst, you agree that we may collect, process, store, and (when necessary) share your data with service providers who help us run pawst. Some of those providers might be located in other countries. We take all reasonable steps to protect your data and respect your privacy, no matter where you are.
When you post on pawst, you're sharing moments with your pet — and we love that. What you post is entirely up to you, as long as it follows our rules and the law.
Content means profile photos, photos, captions, albums, and comments shared through our Services.
You're responsible for the content you create and post through our Services. That means it must be yours (or you must have permission to share it), and it must not violate any laws or the rights of others.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for content that is harmful, hateful, illegal, or that violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to: threats, harassment, exploitation, abuse (animal or human), intellectual property theft, or anything discriminatory or violent. We have the right to remove any content that violates these values and can suspend or permanently ban your account if needed.
By posting, you retain ownership of your content — it's still yours. But by sharing it publicly on pawst, you grant pawst a license to use the Content to help promote and improve pawst. This license authorizes us to make your Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for pawst to provide, promote, and improve our Services and to make the Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion or publication on other media and services. Such additional uses by pawst, or other companies, organizations or individuals, is made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content, as the use of our Services by you is hereby agreed as being sufficient compensation.
pawst should always feel safe, joyful, and happy.
If you see content that feels offensive, stolen, harmful, or just plain wrong, you can report it. We'll review every report carefully and take appropriate action, whether that means removing the content, issuing a warning, or suspending an account.
We aren't able to monitor every post in real time, so we count on our community to help us keep things respectful and fun.
If you believe someone has used your work without permission, you can report intellectual property violations by contacting us at team@happypawsts.com.
We hope you stay with us for years, but if you decide to go, no hard feelings.
You can request to delete your account at any time directly from the app. We'll be sad to see you go, but your data and photos will be permanently removed after we process your request, typically within 30 days.
We may also suspend or delete your account if you repeatedly break the rules, share harmful content, or misuse the app. For serious violations (like animal abuse or illegal activity), we will permanently suspend you from our Services and prevent you from creating a new pawst account.
We reserve the right to delete accounts that remain inactive for over two years.
Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws around the world. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to use the pawst name or any of the pawst trademarks, logos, domain names, other distinctive brand features, and other proprietary rights.
During the time you are using our Services, pawst gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of our Services. This license has the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy our Services in a manner consistent with these Terms. This license comes to an end when you stop using our Services.
We may use feedback, ideas, or suggestions you share with us to improve pawst — and we won't owe you anything for that (except a thank-you and a high five).
We do our best to make sure pawst runs smoothly, but we can't guarantee that everything will always work perfectly. Sometimes bugs happen. Sometimes downtime happens. You agree not to hold us liable for damages resulting from how you use (or can't use) pawst, to the maximum extent allowed by the laws where you live.
If we ever have a legal disagreement, it will be handled by the courts in Singapore and governed by Singaporean law, unless this is prohibited by the laws of the country where you reside.
If you downloaded pawst from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and YEUPY PTE. LTD., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
As pawst evolves, these Terms might need to change too. If we make any updates that impact either party's rights or obligations, we will let you know approximately 30 days before the update goes into effect. If you keep using our Services after the 30 days, you are agreeing to our updated Terms. If you do not want to agree, you must stop using our Services.
These Terms are between you and YEUPY PTE. LTD., with a registered office located at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.
